Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging and in resell-able condition.

  • Certain products, such as opened beauty & skincare items (for hygiene and safety reasons) are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Clothing must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.

  • Electronics must include all original accessories, manuals and packaging.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective, damaged or incorrect items.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or the wrong size (clothing).

  • For exchanges, please contact us with your order details before returning the item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used beauty & skincare products (for hygiene reasons).

  • Gift cards and digital products.

  • Clearance or final-sale items.
